Step 3 (Checking the accuracy)

Our system
compares the DNS server list in the processing zone with the one in the parent DNS zone and
verifies the accuracy.

In case of zone A has the child-zone B, the module
picks up the NS RR for zone B in zone A,
picks up the NS RR in zone B (in zone B),
and compare them.
